WINE DESCRIPTION
Unti Syrah is a premium wine produced by Unti Vineyards, a family-owned winery located in the Dry Creek Valley appellation of Sonoma County, California. The winemaking process involves hand picking of grapes, careful selection of the best clusters, followed by fermentation (partly whole clusters) and then aging in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is a full-bodied and complex Syrah which showcases qualities typical for a Northern Rhone styles of this variety - elegance, savory character and high tannins and acidity, assuring the beneficial development of wine in the bottle.
