Unsi Terrazas Garnacha Blanca de Montaña is produced from the terraces at the foot of the mountains in San Martín de Unx, Navarra. These difficult-to-access terraces, between 600-700 m altitude, are planted with Garnacha Blanca on sandy and clay-calcareous soils.
Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, the wine rests on lees for 4 months in French oak barrels creating a round texture.
Delicate leesy notes add a layer of complexity, complementing the white fruit and citrus.
