WINE DESCRIPTION
Twisted Pinot Grigio is a fresh, unoaked, approachable white designed for early consumption produced by Twisted Vineyards. The grapes are harvested from all over the state of California, before being pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to retain fruit purity with aim of creating a varietally expressive wine. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is kept in inert vessel as not to mask the fruit flavors prior to bottling.

This Twisted Pinot Grigio displays a pale straw, almost water-white hue in the glass.On the nose, aromas of grapefruit, lemon, and green apple come to the forefront. The palate is dry with a light body and lean texture. The wine displays zesty acidity that complements the flavors of citrus peel and ripe orchard fruit, hinting at golden delicious apples and Williams pears. The finish is relatively short, but pleasantly bright and crisp.
