Wine that fails to impress, despite its engaging composition. The natural rosé, crafted by Celler Tu Ets, near the monastery of Santes Creus, showcases a unique blend of varietals. However, the pairing of parellada, macabeo, granacha blanca, chenin blanc, moscatell d’Alexandria, ull de llebre, and syrah yields a result that is more of a faint echo than a distinct presence. The aged inox tanks for 8 months only serve to highlight the wine's light character, but ultimately, it falls short of expectations. The production is limited to roughly 4500 bottles, which may contribute to the wine's lack of depth. Overall, a disappointing experience.
