WINE DESCRIPTION
Perspective Zinfandel is a premium, oaked offering from the Tres Sabores winery located in Napa Valley's Rutherford. This premium sub-appellation is perhaps better known for producing some of California's best Cabernet Sauvignon wines, but Zinfandel sourced from old, dry-farmed vines can be equally enthralling. The winemaking process involves hand-harvesting, gentle crushing before the wines are fermented in inert vessels. Wines are matured in oak barrels prior to bottling to increase complexity and finesse the tannins.
