Tosca Chianti Riserva is a premium red wine produced by the renowned Italian winery, Tosca. This wine is made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the Chianti appellation, known for its exceptional vineyard features such as the hilly terrain and the Mediterranean climate. Crafted from a blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo, both traditional grape varieties in the Chianti region, this wine undergoes meticulous aging in large oak barrels for 24 months. Following the maturation process, the wine undergoes further enhancement through a minimum of an additional 3 months of bottle aging. The result is a complex and elegant wine with a deep ruby color and aromas of red fruits, spices, and vanilla. The style of the wine is dry, medium-bodied, and well-balanced, making it a perfect pairing for hearty dishes such as roasted meats and aged cheeses.
