WINE DESCRIPTION

Tinpot Hut Pinot Noir is focused on the purity and primacy of its cherry fruit. The wine is aged in a mix of oak, a small portion of which is new, and tanks to allow for a balanced profile. Tinpot Hut Pinot Noir has a medium ruby color and a nose that is highly typical of Pinot Noir with cherry and raspberry notes supported by subtle hints of forest floor and violet.The body is medium with a crisp texture balanced by silky tannins. The finish is moderate with subtle clove complexity from a small proportion of new French oak. Excellent with BBQ duck breast or wild mushroom risotto. Enjoy now or drink within 6 years.
