Thomas Goss wines are a tribute to one of McLaren Vale's original pioneers, Thomas Goss (1810-1890), who, along with his wife Mary Ann and eight children, migrated from Devonshire, England, to South Australia in 1849. After finding success in the Victorian goldfields, Thomas established the iconic "Gedney" farm in McLaren Vale in 1855, where he built the historic "Ingleburne" homestead. Today, this landmark stands as a testament to his pioneering spirit. Since 2013, our winemaking team has crafted Thomas Goss wines in classic McLaren Vale styles, celebrating the region’s heritage and sharing it with the world in over 13 countries.
