WINE DESCRIPTION
The Paring Pinot Noir is the second label from the acclaimed Hilt and Jonata properties. Grapes are sourced from the Sta. Rita Hills estate vineyard of Salsipuedes. Here, they take a holistic approach to managing the vineyards with no artificial fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides used. Wines are fermented and aged in French oak, typically around only a third is new, for around a year. This wine offers a glossy and fruit-forward style of Pinot Noir.

The Paring Pinot Noir is an elegant and complex red wine with a nose that leaps from the glass with ripe red berries, such as cherries and strawberries, along with hints of violets and oak spice.The palate offers a harmonious balance of fruit flavors, often accompanied by notes of vanilla and oak from aging in barrels. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with well-integrated acidity and supple tannins that creates a round texture. It finishes on ripe red fruit and sweet oak spice.
