Terres Falmet Cinsault is a rare red wine crafted exclusively from the Cinsault grape, traditionally used for rosés. Produced in the Saint-Chinian appellation of Languedoc, this wine comes from three old-vine parcels grown on limestone gravel soils. The vines are cultivated using the traditional Languedoc “gobelet” method, offering ideal exposure and airflow. Hand-harvested in September, the grapes undergo a gentle destemming and fermentation, followed by a warm, four-week maceration. Aged in stainless steel for nearly a year with minimal intervention, the wine showcases finesse and elegance. Light filtration preserves its purity.
