This Terra Valentine Cabernet Sauvignon Wurtele Vineyard is an excellent wine with a rustic accent.The color is opaque and leads to a nose of ripe blackberry fruit with mint and cocoa nuances. The palate is full and rich but packed with grippy tannins offset by balanced acidity. Whilst the complex sweet spice notes of oak linger on the finish the tannins can be slightly dominant in you and need 5 years of cellaring to integrate fully and 15 to reach their optimum.
