Terra di Seta Chianti Classico is a dry, grippy red wine, hailing from the original, historic Classico zone of Chianti in Tuscany, Italy. The vineyards are planted on south-facing slopes at high elevation, which means the vines benefit from excellent sun exposure whilst retaining freshness and acidity. The wine is made from organically-grown grapes, from a majority blend of Sangiovese with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, before undergoing a period of aging in French oak barrels for around twelve months prior to bottling.
