Tenute Olbios is located in the Gallura sub-region of north--east Sardinia. Made from the Vermentino grapes that come from estate owned vineyards, this wine is made with a sustainable focus and is vegan friendly. Ripe Vermentino grapes are harvested, gently whole-bunch pressed, and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve the fruit expression. Maturation is on fine less for around 9 months before an early relese to market. This richer wines shows the warmth of the Sardinian sun and would make a great alternative for drinkers of Pinot Gris looking to explore Italy.
