WINE DESCRIPTION
For this wine grapes are collected using small carts and undergo a gentle pressing and de-stemming process. The resulting free-run juice is vinified without skin contact. Fermentation occurs over 14 days in stainless steel tanks, followed by a minimum of 3 months of bottle aging. This careful process ensures a refined and well-balanced wine, highlighting the purity of the fruit and the subtle nuances developed during maturation. The result is a crisp, elegant wine that reflects the meticulous attention to detail throughout its production.
