Established in 1994, Compañía de Vinos Telmo Rodriguez reflects the vision of Telmo Rodriguez, a self-described "driving winemaker." In pursuit of the essence of Rioja, Telmo explored the villages where unique vineyards manifest their distinctiveness. Lanciego, situated in the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria mountains, embodies the interplay of Mediterranean and Atlantic influences. Guided by the philosophy of using native grape varieties from optimal soils and employing meticulous viticulture, the winery enables wines to articulate their inherent qualities.
