This Teal Lake Reserve Shiraz is an inviting, straight-forward fruity Shiraz with a moderate ruby-purple color.The nose is filled with aromas of dark fruit, like blackberry, plum and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and round with unobtrusive tannins that melt away and allow the generous dark fruit flavors to come to the fore. Plums, dark berries, and subtle notes of mocha and pepper burst on the tongue. The finish is modest in length with soft tannins and a pleasant richness.
