Tablas Creek is a partnership between the Perrin family, famous as the owners of Chateauneuf-du-pape producer Chateau Beaucastel and the Haas family of California. Tablas Creek is located in the Paso Robles appellation of California. The Vermentino, also known as Rolle, grapes are grown in the estate's limestone-rich soils, which impart a unique minerality to the wine. The winemaking process involves whole-cluster pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a crisp and vibrant wine with notes of citrus, green apple, and tropical fruit. This Vermentino is a perfect match for seafood dishes or enjoyed on its own as a refreshing aperitif. Its bright acidity and clean finish make it a standout wine from the Paso Robles region.
