This tropical-scented, unoaked white wine from Stadlmann Anninger is made from the unique Zierfandler variety grown in its native area if Thermenregion, located near Vienna. The organically-grown grapes are sourced from a well-exposed hillside vineyard with a preferential exposure that yields intensely flavored wines. The wine is typically partially fermented and matured in inert vessels. The fermentation is halted prematurely to retain sweetness that enhances the fruity character of the wine and balances the firm core of acidity.
