WINE DESCRIPTION
Seven Springs Vineyard is a winery located in the Willamette Valley, overlooking the valley from its position in the hills west of Salem, Oregon. The vines are planted on a steep southeast slope and are protected from maritime winds by a fold in the hills. The vineyard blocks were planted in 1982, 1988, and 1992 on Jory soil, a shallow clay soil over fractured rock, at an elevation of 400 feet.
