The Sono Montenidoli Toskana Rosso IGT is a perfectly aged Sangiovese. Sourced from old vines, it undergoes fermentation in concrete and is then matured on fine lees in mostly used barriques for 24 months. This is followed by at least three years of bottle aging, ensuring a refined and complex wine.
