Silverado Vineyards' Stags Leap District Solo Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, highly concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon from the renowned Napa Valley sub-appellation. The nose is rich and intense, with aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis, cedar, spice and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is powerful, with bright and juicy dark fruit flavors and a touch of oak. The tannins are firm yet well-integrated, providing structure and balance. The finish is long and persistent, with hints of toasty oak and dark chocolate. This is an excellent Cabernet Sauvignon, with an abundance of ripe fruit and well-integrated tannins.
