WINE DESCRIPTION

Sextant Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine produced by Sextant Wines in Paso Robles, California. The wine is made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from the El Pomar and Monarch Grove vineyards in Paso Robles. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a rigorous sorting process before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels. This results in a full-bodied wine with rich aromas of blackberry, cassis, and vanilla, and flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, and tobacco. The tannins are firm yet supple, leading to a long and satisfying finish. This wine pairs well with grilled meats and hearty dishes.
