WINE DESCRIPTION

Serafini & Vidotto's Pinot Nero is a lively and youthful expression of the classic varietal. This Veneto IGT originates from vineyards in the Montello and Nervessa de la Battaglia communes. The 100% Pinot Nero grapes are carefully cultivated using the Guyot training system at a high density of 6,300 vines per hectare, resulting in concentrated fruit flavors. The grapes are harvested early, between the end of August and the beginning of September. The wine is then vinified and aged in stainless steel, preserving its fresh and lively character. With 13% alcohol, this unoaked Pinot Nero is ready to be enjoyed shortly after release, offering a bright, elegant profile that’s both accessible and refined.
