WINE DESCRIPTION
Sculpterra Pinot Noir is made from fruit sourced from Paso Robles. The vineyard is located on the Frankel Family Estate, situated at a low elevation, which is shaded during the daylight hours, producing slow ripening grapes and preserving the wine’s healthy deep color. The vine rows are oriented precisely in a north-south direction to minimise the impact of the mid-day sun. The bunches are crushed, fermented, pressed then barrel-aged, which adds a touch of sweet spices that complements Pinot Noir's delicate aromas.

Sculpterra Pinot Noir is a ripe and fruit-forward red wine that showcases the bolder and riper side of the Pinot Noir grape variety.It has glossy and succulent notes of ripe red berries, such as cherry, strawberry and raspberry, along with hints of spice and floral notes. On the palate, this wine offers a smooth and silky texture, with flavors of ripe red fruits, subtle oak, and a touch of spice. The acidity is soft and well-integrated, providing contrast to richness of flavors. The finish is relatively persistent marked by sweet and ripe red berries.
