WINE DESCRIPTION
Scribe Sylvaner is a delightful dry, lightly aromatic white wine hailing from the cool Sonoma Coast appellation. Located on the West Coast of the United States, this coastal region benefits from the moderating influence of the Pacific Ocean, which helps the Sylvaner grape to retain its freshness and delicate aromatics. The grapes were harvested from estate vineyards before undergoing a fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks at cool temperatures. The wine was aged for around 5 months in concrete and stainless steel tanks prior to bottling to retain freshness and vibrancy of fruit.

The citrus flavors continue to dominate, accompanied by a pleasant herbal undertone that carries on the clean and lingering finish.
