WINE DESCRIPTION
Saronsberg Seismic is a Bordeaux style blend made predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon, from grapes sourced from the Tulbagh region of South Africa. The grapes were hand-picked in the cooler early morning, before being destemmed, sorted and gently crushed. The varieties were fermented separately before being pressed off into new and old French oak barrels for maturation for a period of around 20 months prior to bottling.

Saronsberg Seismic has a deep almost inky purple appearance.On the nose, it presents a bouquet of ripe dark fruits, such as blackberries and plums, intertwined with subtle hints of spice and oak. The palate reveals a harmonious balance between its fruit-forward nature and well-integrated tannins. The palate is filled with luscious flavors of blackberries, blackcurrants, and a touch of dark chocolate. The wine's velvety texture adds elegance and provides a counterpoint to the ripe, luscious fruit.
