Ageri Rosé is crafted by the Union of Santorini Cooperatives, utilizing grapes grown on the volcanic island of Santorini. The vineyard's proximity to the Aegean Sea provides a cooling maritime influence, enhancing the wine's freshness. This rosé is produced from indigenous Greek grape varieties, primarily Assyrtiko and Mandilaria. The grapes are harvested early to preserve acidity, and the wine undergoes a brief skin contact to achieve its delicate pink hue. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, resulting in a crisp, dry wine with vibrant acidity and subtle fruit notes, ideal for warm weather enjoyment.
