Santo Spirito Animardente is a premium Italian wine produced by the renowned winemaker, Feudo Maccari. The vines are planted on a combination of soils, pebbles, gravel, and volcanic ash. The altitude allows for a significant daytime temperature swing. This allows the grapes to reach full ripeness but keeps the mouth-watering freshness for which the wines from Etna are famous. The soul of the silent volcano, unexpected and incandescent, gives life to perpetual movement. A force of nature that is irrepressible and seductive, and an expression of a unique terroir.
