Produced with sustainable viticulture practices, the vineyards are situated at altitudes ranging from 504 to 599 meters, featuring chalky-clay soils. The vines are meticulously trained using both bush and trellis methods, and the grapes are harvested manually in mid-October. The winemaking process includes destemming, grape pressing, and a two-day prefermentative maceration, followed by spontaneous and controlled fermentation. Aged for 15 months in medium-plus toasted American oak barrels, the wine is racked every six months by gravity and filtered before bottling.
