Sanpaolo Taurasi is a bold, expressive red crafted solely from Aglianico grapes grown at high elevations in Irpinia, where diverse soils—ranging from clay to volcanic ash from Vesuvius—add depth to the wine's profile. This unique terroir imparts mineral complexity and structure, allowing the wine to balance power with elegance. Aged for a year in oak barrels and an additional six months in stainless steel, combined with long aging in bottle, the wine embodies a mature, layered character that reflects both the region's natural richness and the refined tradition of Taurasi winemaking.
