WINE DESCRIPTION
San Silvestro Brumo Nebbiolo d'Alba hails from north west Italy. After a manual harvest, the grapes are fully crushed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins. The wines is then aged for approximately a year and a half in large casks made of Slavonian oak to soften the grippy tannins resulting in a structured red wine with lifted notes of rose petal, sour cherries and tar.
