Production is thus limited.The winemaking process involves careful selection of the grapes, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's fresh and vibrant flavors, as well partial aging in neutral oak to impart more body and structure to the wine. The resulting wine is a crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with a strong backbone.
