WINE DESCRIPTION
Saddlerock Chardonnay is produced in Mendocino County located in California. The moderate, sun-drenched region tends to yield Chardonnay grapes with high levels of ripeness and flavors on the tropical end of the spectrum like pineapple and mango. After harvesting the grapes, the winemaking process involves a gentle pressing to liberate the juice, followed by fermentation and aging in a proportion of new American oak that provides notes of vanilla and butterscotch.
