WINE DESCRIPTION

Rutherford Hill Merlot Reserve is sourced from hand selected grapes from the Napa Valley in California. Following harvest, the grapes are crushed and fermented in inert vessels with focus on heavy extraction in order to create a velvety, full-bodied wine capable of aging and improving in bottle. The wines are matured for a period in new oak barrels to further round out the mouthfeel and contribute aromas of sweet spices.
