WINE DESCRIPTION
RouteStock Chardonnay 'Route 121' is named after the route that is surrounded by vineyards that supplied the grapes for this Carneros Chardonnay. The Carneros region is well-known as a cool-climate region, experiencing morning fogs and afternoon breezes off the chilly San Pablo Bay. Vinification takes place in tank and barrel with the wine spending around 4 months in mostly seasoned French oak to impart just a delicate hint of sweet spices without masking the bright fruit flavors of Chardonnay.
