Round Pond Estate Louis Bovet Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium red wine from Napa Valley, California, produced by Round Pond Estate. The wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the estate's organically farmed Rutherford vineyards. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in small lots, then aged for 20 months in 85% new oak barrels to develop complexity and depth. The wine has intense aromas of blackcurrent, blackberry, and cassis, with notes of vanilla, tobacco, and spice. It is a perfect example of robust, rich and intense Cabernet Sauvignon from Rutherford.
