ROCO’s premier Pinot Noir, Private Stash, is a limited production wine sourced from a 2-acre plot on the Soles’ private 21-acre vineyard. This complex Pinot Noir offers layers of intense, silky, full-bodied flavor with elegant balance. Produced from Rollin’s special 3A clonal propagation, known as “the ROCO selection,” these vines yield small clusters of tightly packed berries. Handpicked and chilled overnight, the grapes undergo a ten-day soak before fermenting with house-cultured indigenous yeast. Fermentation includes gentle hand-punching and a post-fermentation soak, followed by aging in a unique mix of French oak barrels for over 18 months. This meticulous process results in a Pinot Noir that stands among the finest globally.
