WINE DESCRIPTION
Rocca Bella Negroamaro hails from the Puglia region known as the "heel" of Italy. The warm southerly location of the Puglia region ensures that Negroamaro which translates as "black bitter" is able to reliably ripen. This variety produces wines very deep in color that tend to yield wines with a rustic character. Rocca Bella harvest, sort and crush the grapes before fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is matured for a short period prior to release.

Rocca Bella Negroamaro reveals a deep ruby-purple in the glass.On the nose, notes of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and a hint of spice. These aromas continue to unfold on the palate, accompanied by assertive tannins and a well-balanced acidity. The flavors are deep and concentrated, with notes of black plum, black pepper, and a touch of earthiness. The Rocca Bella Negroamaro has a medium body, providing a satisfying mouthfeel and a moderate finish.
