RSV’s organically farmed Three Amigos Vineyard benefits from foggy mornings and cooling afternoon winds, preserving the natural acidity in its low-yield Pinot Noir. This limited-production cuvée combines fruit from three adjacent vineyards, showcasing no fewer than eight heirloom selections and clones. Upon first pour, the wine shows a lively tension that unfolds gracefully, evolving with each sip throughout a meal. Having aged in bottle before release, this Pinot Noir has gained complexity and will continue to develop beautifully with further cellar aging, rewarding the patience of those who choose to let it mature.
