Crafted from the oldest vines in the district, planted in 1905, this Zinfandel embodies over a century of winemaking heritage. The vineyard, lovingly preserved by Bill Moore and celebrated for its genetic legacy through the U.C. Davis Heritage Vineyard project, lies in the cool, hilly terrain near San Francisco Bay. Expertly crafted by Bob Biale and winemaker David Natali, this wine is meticulously hand-harvested, fermented in open-top tanks, and aged for 10 months in French oak. Elegantly balanced and steeped in history, this Zinfandel offers a truly memorable experience, bridging past and present with every sip.
