WINE DESCRIPTION

Remírez de Ganuza Rioja Viña Coqueta hails from the autonomous region of Rioja, located in the north of Spain. This wine is predominantly composed of Tempranillo with a touch of Graciano that brings notes of violets and structure by providing firm acidity and grippy tannins. The wines are fermented separately in stainless steel and concrete tanks, before undergoing a period of maturation in a combination of new and used French and American oak barrels for around 26 months. Finally, the wines are blended and aged in bottle prior to their release.
