WINE DESCRIPTION
Red Rock Malbec is made from grapes sourced from vineyards in the Mendoza region of Argentina. The grapes were hand-picked before being destemmed and crushed. Fermentation occurred in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and were left in contact with the skins for around 2 weeks to increase extraction. The wines were aged in inert vessel, without the influence of new oak as to preserve varietal purity.

This Red Rock Malbec is a deep and intense purple-magenta color.It has aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, blueberries, and a hint of mocha. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with flavors mirroring the nose with more notes of ripe black fruit combined with licorice and cocoa. It has a moderate, smooth finish with unobtrusive tannins that add structure and balance without being overly assertive or drying.

Mendoza is the largest wine-producing region in Argentina, located in the foothills of the Andes Mountains. It is known for its high-altitude vineyards, producing some of the country's most renowned wines.
