WINE DESCRIPTION
Rayun Cabernet Sauvignon is a simple, fruity mono-varietal red wine produced from grapes sourced from Chile's Central Valley. The grapes are crushed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at moderate temperatures aiming for a gentle extraction.
The wine was matured with French and American oak for a couple of months prior to its release to add a note of charred wood. The resulting wine is easy-going and soft, designed for immediate consumption.

Rayun Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium deep ruby color.On the nose, you can expect aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and hints of bell pepper and heavily charred oak. The palate is medium-bodied and a little lean, with flavors of blackcurrant and blackberry. These fruit flavors are accompanied by crunchy capsicum notes and oak smoke. The tannins are supple and smooth, creating a gentle dry sensation on the relatively short and simple finish.
