Raveneau Petit Chablis is a white wine from the Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France. Produced by a renowned family-owned winery. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown across the wider Chablis area on heavier clay-based soils. The wine show great depth of citric flavors and piercing acidity that is balanced by a textured mouthfeel from aging in large, old, oak casks. The winery is unique due to their focus approach and insistance upon very low yields, which result in concentrated wines that are flagship examples of their type. The wines of this domaine are amongst the best examples of Chablis available.
