WINE DESCRIPTION
Ranch 32 Pinot Noir is an aromatic, oaked red wine with a medium body and supplle structure intended for drinking over the medium term. Made from Pinot Noir grapes that are grown in the Salinas Valley that see the benefit of cooling ocean breezes which help slow ripening and retain acidity resulting in a wine with a greater sense of balance. Matured in used French oak for 12 months the finish shows notes of mocha from the toasted oak adding complexity. This is great option for anyone seeking a softer style red wine to pair with salmon or mushroom dishes.

Ranch 32 Pinot Noir has a pale ruby color that leads to a perfumed expression of bright cherry and bruised strawberry fruit on the nose.The palate is medium bodied with silky tannins and a refreshing aicidty that balances the ripe fruit profile. The finish is moderate in length with notes of mocha and cinnamon from maturation in French oak. This would pair well with mushroom risotto or smoked duck salad. In addition, this is a good value Pinot Noir or admirers of the grape seeking everyday drinking.
