Deep and sophisticated rosé with a rich salmon hue, featuring a pronounced nose of ripe strawberry and red currant, alongside nuances of brioche, mushrooms, and walnuts. The palate is recognized by a sweet and fruity taste of white strawberries, ripe red currant, and orange peel, with a dry and long finish. The tartness is high, and the body is medium, making this a well-balanced and enjoyable rosé. A perfect pairing for a variety of dishes, accompanied by cheese, mushroom, and poultry. Recommended to drink now or over the next five years.

A warm welcome to the Spanish Wine Scholar Course (SWS) - a comprehensive wine education program that has just concluded. A celebration lunch was held to mark the end of the course, and I was honored to be among the attendees. The program was a impressive success, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have learned from the Spanish Wine Scholar community.

Intense and dimensional wine impression unfolds with a deep, copper-hued color and a subtle, orange-bronze undertone. The nose is powered by by a Sherry and whiskey-inspired aroma, with strawberry, dried fruit, and citrus suggestions emerging in the first stages. As the wine unfolds, a range of tastes emerges, bringing tangerine, toffee, and caramelized almonds, before yielding to a long, silky finish.
