In 1998, he introduced his inaugural wine, with a special affinity for the Alvarinho grape. His mastery of Alvarinho earned him acclaim, including the title of "Winemaker of the Year" in 2010 in Portugal and recognition as the most innovative Alvarinho producer by Spanish wine critic Jose Penin.

In the Vinho Verde region, we've produced a wine reminiscent of the traditional "cloudy" wines, bottled with residual sugar and lees for re-fermentation. Welcome to the Nat Cool experience! Primarily sourced from Lousada, we've followed the age-old approach, leaving a few grams of sugar in the wine for bottle re-fermentation. Malolactic fermentation also occurred in the bottle, resulting in this unique and exciting creation.
