Produced by Quartz Reef, it hails from biodynamically farmed vineyards situated on a picturesque north-facing slope with Waenga fine sandy loam and Letts steepland soils, at elevations reaching 264 meters. The hand-picked grapes are whole-bunch pressed, undergo natural fermentation, and are aged on lees for ten months, including full malolactic fermentation. This meticulous process creates a wine with a rich, expressive profile that beautifully reflects Central Otago's unique terroir.
