WINE DESCRIPTION
Psagot Sinai is located in the hills of Binyamin overlooking Jerusalem. The winery is a continuation of wine production dating back thousands of years in the area. This wine is a varietal blend consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot was manually picked at 900 meters above sea level. This high elevation site is cooler providing a longer growing season for the grapes and allows them to gently ripen to produce intensely flavored wines without accumulating sugar too quickly. Once the grapes have been harvested and crushed, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Once the fermentation is complete, oak chips are added and the wine is matured for about 12 months to integrate the spicy oak flavors.

Psagot Sinai has enticing aromas of ripe red fruits, such as black fruit like cassis and blackberry, accompanied by subtle hints of spice and earthiness.The palate is well-balanced, with a medium body and velvety tannins that provide a smooth texture. The fruit flavors continue to shine through, complemented by notes of vanilla and a touch of oak. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression of fruit and spice.
