WINE DESCRIPTION
Prunotto Costamiòle Barbera d'Asti Nizza Superiore is a wine produced from Barbera by the renowned Prunotto estate owned by the historic Antinori family. Costamiòle is produced from the vineyards in the Agliano Terme area. Upon arrival in the cellar, grapes were destemmed and crushed. After fermentation, the wine was aged for a period of approximately one year in new French oak barriques followed by an additional year in the bottle before being released.
